Our website has two options for searching MLS.
One is the most current IDX website available. The alternative is a VOW option.
Both feed information from the Triangle MLS system.
An IDX search provides consumers with valuable information. Viewers can search by school district, subdivision, and property details...not just by price and the number of bedrooms and baths. I advise the consumer to go to advanced search options where they will find these and more distinctions. IDX is user friendly, there are no login requirements, and searches are anonymous.
A VOW search allows access to deep levels of data such as: the days on market, price changes, tax information, and sold history. To access a VOW, there are requirements set by the Department of Justice and the National Association of Realtors. The consumer is required to register with a valid email address, agree to terms of use, and acknowledge receipt of a single form...Working with Real Estate Agents. This form educates the consumer as to the different types of agency relationships available by North Carolina guideline. It does not form an agency relationship and is not binding upon either party. There is no monetary obligation.
The IDX Search is loaded by default. To access the VOW, click on the links to Register/Login that will be found in the upper-right hand corner of the search window.
On this website, I can't remove the requirement, but I can promise that you will only be contacted upon your request.
Come take a look. See what has sold in your neighborhood. See what is available. Know that your privacy will be respected.
