Allison Cooke’s exposure to her mother’s real estate business began when she was a young child. So perhaps it should come as no surprise that when the George Washington University graduate chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps, she quickly proved herself a sales leader in her own right. As an on-site agent for a national home builder, Allison’s energy and enthusiasm helped her sell $7.4 million in her first year and earn the title of sales person of the month four times. Early in 2006, Allison decided to join her mother’s team as a listing and selling agent, helping Lucia field inquiries about listed properties and generally act as Lucia’s right hand.
